Initial setup. Includes testing that html tags work using the admin-only script provided by PmWiki. It does. Be sure to use the correct PmWiki directives for 'html' and 'htmlend.' (not 'endhtml').

Inspiration taken from dateandtime.com countdown, which is actually very well designed as is. Other inspiration comes from jsfiddle.net and flipclock.js.

Todo for next time: See about getting jQuery running within PmWiki, so I can get the Galleria for images to work for a nicer website layout.
