A scratchpad location for pages/papers of interest, and random ideas that I've been generating for a pet project, or breaking up of a pet project. This is unlikely to have sample graphics on it, but is more of a temporary holding place while my own computer is in storage.

Ideas
- Inspired by this (Artist Dick Termes, referenced in "Masters of Deception: Escher, Dali & the Artists of Optical Illusion"). Could you take a sphere and animate a storyline? Characters and animations restricted to the spherical coordinates (likely planar on the sphere)?

- Conversion of 2D image into 3D models:
- 2D Image (cel shading equivalent) discontinuity processing for boundaries and outlines.
- 3D point extraction based on inverse light calculations.
- Mesh formation based on nearest points computations.
