IDEs and Other Tools
Review what an IDE is, and remind how fun is it to program in the command line (much easier in IDE, initial setup sucks). Discuss IDEs (tips, trips, for working in them -- might end up Visual Studio specific, which is now cross platform!).
TBD. Additional topics include why WinMerge is better than BeyondCompare; Notepad++ and Paint are your friends; and why screen recording tools help with bug fixing. Advanced tools include, eg. HeapTracker, Process Hacker, etc.
